1. General Terms
By registering an account with Flappy Casino, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to registered players.
2. Welcome Bonus Terms
The welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to $200 CAD on your first deposit. Minimum deposit to activate: $20 CAD. Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount, not the combined deposit + bonus. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. All slot games contribute 100% toward wagering. Progressive jackpot slots and some table games contribute at a reduced rate. Maximum win from bonus funds may be capped — current limits are displayed in your account's bonus terms. Bonus terms apply to promotional offers. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify bonuses.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: $20 CAD. Minimum withdrawal: $20 CAD. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification (government-issued ID + proof of address). Processing times: e-wallets within 24 hours, Interac 1-3 business days, cards 2-5 business days. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud investigation. There are no withdrawal fees from our side — payment provider fees may apply.
4. Account Verification (KYC)
All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or provincial ID card) and proof of address dated within 90 days. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds minus bonuses received.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts, providing false registration information, colluding with other players, using automated software or bots, exploiting software errors or bugs, engaging in money laundering or fraudulent transactions. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
